Mcusta Zanmai Becho Series SG2 Chinese Cleaver is made of SG2 stainless steel as the core steel, which is relatively hard, sharp and durable. The body of the knife is made of matte stainless steel cladded on the core, and the octagonal Japanese handle is inlaid with mother-of-pearl, creating the style of Mcusta Zanmai kitchen knife.
