Shizu Hamono Pomme Serrated Bread Knife 160mm

The Shizu Hamono Pomme Serrated Bread Knife features a two-part serrated design, with the front end inserting into the harder outer layer of bread and the back half cutting through the softer inner part of the bread, resulting in a beautifully sliced piece of bread that produces virtually no crumbs. The blade is made of three layers of stainless steel, with a rust-resistant top layer and a long-lasting sharp core. The top layer is 99.9% 24K gold-plated, which gives the knife a noble golden glow.
