Rakott krumpli is a Hungarian dish consisting of alternating layers of potatoes, sour cream, sausages and eggs, which are then baked in an oven. The design of krumpli was based on the idea of ‘an elegant and elegantly free-flowing ovenware found at a flea market, which I would like to use all year round ......’, and its colour and shape were conceived. The shape is like a flower or a shell, and the bakeware has a southern French atmosphere. Thanks to its handle-less shape, it is compact enough to fit in the microwave or oven. This oval baking dish can be used for roasting vegetables and everyday dishes such as hamburger steak, pasta, macaroni, as a curry rice dish, or to serve salads.
